Terms of Service

Welcome to GoStudio.ai ("GoStudio", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the gostudio.ai website, the GoStudio web app, the GoStudio Chrome Extension, our APIs, and every feature we offer through them (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

GoStudio is an AI photo and video studio. You can use it to create and edit images and videos without a photoshoot, a studio or a photographer. The Service includes:

• AI headshots and personal branding photos — professional headshots, portraits, lifestyle and social photos generated from a model trained on your own photos
• AI product photography — white-background, lifestyle, on-model, flat lay and multi-angle product photos for ecommerce and marketing
• AI photo editing and enhancement tools — including background removal, object removal, photo restoration, colorization, upscaling, relighting, outpainting and passport photos
• AI image generation — new images created from text prompts and reference photos
• AI video — video generation, video editing and talking-head video

We regularly add, improve and retire tools and AI models. Features, models and output quality may change over time, and some features may only be available on certain plans.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or older if your local law requires it. If you use GoStudio on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

You are responsible for your account and for everything that happens under it. Please give us accurate information, keep your login details and API keys private, and tell us at once if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Credits

Most features run on credits. Each generation, edit, model training or video uses a number of credits that depends on the tool and the AI model, and the cost is shown before you run it. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

Free credits

Eligible new accounts may receive free credits to try the Service. We use automated checks to decide eligibility and to prevent abuse, and we may withhold or remove free credits obtained through duplicate accounts, disposable emails or other misuse.

Subscriptions and credit packs

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Each renewal adds that period’s credit allowance to your account.
• You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from your account. The upgrade takes effect as soon as the payment for the new plan goes through, and that plan’s credits are added to your account straight away. If the payment does not go through, you stay on your current plan.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• One-time credit packs are a single purchase with no renewal. Credits bought in a one-time pack do not expire.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, and may differ by region. Any price change applies from your next billing period, and we will tell you before it takes effect.

Trained models

When you train a personal or product model from your photos, the trained model stays available in your account for future generations without retraining, for as long as your account remains active.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments, our third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and you allow us to charge it for the total amount, including any applicable taxes.

Refunds

Every purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: ask within 30 days of your payment and we refund approved requests within 3 business days. See the Refund Policy for how it works.

You keep ownership of the photos, videos and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You give GoStudio a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process and display Your Content only to operate the Service for you — for example, to train your model, run an edit or show your results in your gallery.

Subject to these Terms, the images and videos you create with GoStudio ("Outputs") are yours to use, including for commercial purposes such as ads, websites, social media, product listings, packaging and client work. There is no watermark and no extra license fee.

We do not use Your Content or Outputs to advertise GoStudio, and we do not sell them. You can delete Your Content and Outputs from your account at any time.

You confirm that you own Your Content or have permission to use it, including permission from any person who appears in it.

GoStudio is built for professional, brand and personal photos and videos. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create nude, sexual or otherwise NSFW content, or any content involving minors in a sexual or harmful way
• Edit, generate or animate a real person without their consent, or create deepfakes, "undress" edits or impersonations
• Create content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, violent or misleading, including fake identity documents
• Infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights
• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Abuse free credits, create multiple accounts to evade limits, or resell access to the Service without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service, or bypass its safety filters or rate limits

Our safety filters block many of these requests automatically. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

AI results can vary. Two runs of the same request may look different, and an output may occasionally contain errors or not match what you expected. Please review your results before you publish or rely on them.

Similar prompts from different users can produce similar results, so we cannot guarantee that an output is unique. You are responsible for how you use your Outputs, including making sure they are suitable and lawful for your purpose.

The Service itself — including the GoStudio name and logo, our website, software, workflows, templates and design — belongs to GoStudio.ai and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use our brand or software except as part of using the Service.

Some features use third-party AI models, cloud storage and payment providers. We choose these providers carefully, but we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

You can stop using GoStudio and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect other users or the Service. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid amounts.

We work hard to keep GoStudio reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, GoStudio.ai and its directors, employees, partners and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

GoStudio.ai is based in Bengaluru, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

We may update these Terms as the Service grows. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. If you keep using GoStudio after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
